Deputy Chairman Turnquest is presently the Managing Director of Green Bay Group Ltd. He began his career at the Ministry of Finance. He also worked at Cititrust (Bah) Ltd as an Accounts Officer, Bank Leu (now Clariden Leu) as Vice President of companies, trusts, and private banking,  Ministry of Health as Parliamentary Secretary and Hampton Insurance /Britannia Group as Managing Director. The former Chairman of Nassau Flight Services Ltd and Bahamasair Holdings Ltd hold a Bachelors of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.  

For nearly a decade, Lester Turnquest has served as managing director at Green Bay Group, Ltd., a financial services company based in Nassau, Bahamas. An experienced consultant and business advisor, Lester Turnquest also supports the charitable organization Ranfurly Homes for Children. Founded in 1956 by Lady Hermione Ranfurly following a massive citywide fire in Nassau, Ranfurly Homes for Children provides care services to children in need throughout The Bahamas. Under the leadership of President Alexandra Maillis-Lynch and Vice President Joey Premock, Ranfurly ultimately aims to improve and expand its services via donations. The organization’s primary objectives include revamping its dormitories and living facilities, as well as one day offering transitional housing and various educational and occupational opportunities to older residents. Donations can be made to Ranfurly in the form of individual contributions, annual membership fees, and funds can also be raised
